The movie began when Katie found a whole stack of VHS tapes in her house and gave it to Kristi. Apparently, the tapes were taken during their childhood by their mother’s boyfriend, Dennis. Working as video maker for weddings, Dennis began installing cameras all over the house to catch the supernatural being supposedly living in their house.
